Daquan the technician who arrived at my home was courteous, respectful, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Daquan detected the source of the leak and reviewed the proposal to complete the job. The was not expecting such an expense but I guess you get what you pay for. I give Daquan a 5 star review. Rooter company 5 stars and the service cost ouch☺️

Omar came out to give me a quote for a leak from a wall faucet connected to a washer, and he instead just fixed it saying he wanted to see if it was a simple fix. I really appreciate his honesty, expertise, and explanations saving me from higher cost alternatives.

I can’t say enough good things about The Rooter Company. They recently repaired our main sewer line and fixed a broken kitchen plumbing line, and from start to finish, the entire experience was excellent. Everyone on the team was friendly, professional, and respectful. They responded quickly, showed up when they said they would, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Plumbing repairs can be stressful, but they made the process so much easier by keeping us informed every step of the way. A special thank you to Mark Fields. He was incredibly responsive whenever I had questions or concerns and always took the time to make sure I understood what was happening. His communication and genuine care for his customers really stood out and gave me confidence that we were in good hands. Teyone and his crew were awesome to work with and went above and beyond to finish the job quickly and kept me informed throughout the project when things changed or needed to be adjusted or a decision needed to be made. A backed up sink turned into a mainline sewer re-pipe plus replacing the under foundation piping with pipe breaking and boring, and it all got done in a week and a half. I was shocked at how fast they completed the work. Thanks again for your professional and communicative team!
