I am very pleased with the straight forward no haggle no pressure Chris took the time to explain everything and give me the recommendations what need to be done and took a minute to clean the sink from the dries even he did jot have to. Anthony was straight forward with the prices no pressure very happy with the service and would recommend to everyone

We had a clogged toilet that I attempted to plunge myself which sent foul water up into the adjacent shower. Though it was after 6:00 in the evening, my call to The Rooter Company was immediately picked up by a very nice and helpful woman. Within 5 minutes she had a technician assigned and on his way. The technician, Chris Ayala, was extremely polite and gave me a very clear explanation of what he would try first, what that would cost, and if that didn't work, what he would try next and what that would cost. Chris was able to fix the issue in under 30 minutes and did a thorough job cleaning the area. Would definitely recommend Chris and The Rooter Company. They really saved the day!
