I spoke directly with the owner, Mark, who was awesome—professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure the job was done right. Mark sent out Frankie and his crew to handle the plumbing for my kitchen remodel, and they did a stellar job. They were professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and paid close attention to every detail. The quality of their work was excellent, and the entire process went smoothly. It’s refreshing to work with a company where the owner takes pride in the service being provided and the crew delivers at that same high standard. Frankie and his team absolutely knocked it out of the park. If you’re looking for a reliable, professional plumbing company that does quality work and stands behind its service, I highly recommend The Rooter Company. Five stars all around.
