The Rooter Company was a pleasure to work with. The service was prompt with transparency in their estimates. The work team was courteous and answered any questions I had throughout the process of the sewer relining repairs. The entire work crew, especially Brian and Eric , kept a positive attitude especially under extreme heat conditions. Thanks for a great job!

Damian the technician was phenomenal in keeping me up to date with the work he was doing on leaky toilets I had— answering all my questions. He was awesome to work with. Scheduling was frustrating because I initially scheduled in the morning for same day and I was promised that morning. I was then texted and informed that it would be moved back to early-mid afternoon only to be told it had to be scheduled the following morning. This was provided to me at 5pm. I appreciate the efforts to get my business but that’s not how you entice 1st time customers to keep calling back if you can’t respect our times.

The technician KEVIN was very thorough. Very helpful went above and beyond to help me find the end of the clog and did a great job. Made some great suggestions afterwards to help reduce the clog. I’m very happy. I’ll use these guys again if I need to.
