We reached out to Capri Plumbing late at night after discovering that our 18-year-old water heater was leaking. London responded immediately and was at our home first thing the next morning. After assessing the situation, he confirmed that we needed a new unit and provided a very fair quote on the spot. Within just a couple of hours, he had installed a brand-new water heater and hauled away the old one. The entire process was seamless. We contacted several other companies, and while they agreed that we needed a replacement, their pricing was significantly higher and their warranties weren’t nearly as competitive. London’s professionalism, efficiency, and quality of work were top-notch. The new unit works great, and we are confident that we’ve finally found a plumber we can trust.
