A technician came out today and was very knowledgeable and professional. Inspected all the pipes under the sinks for water leaks and noted no issues. Made recommendations but didn't feel any work was necessary. Very honest in his assessment so appreciated his time. Thank you Capri Plumbing! 5 Stars – Truly the Best Investment We’ve Made in Our Home As first-time homeowners, this project felt overwhelming from the start. What began as a plumbing concern quickly turned into a much larger repiping and water system upgrade once we understood what was happening inside our walls. It’s nerve-wracking to realize you may be several years overdue for something that could seriously damage a home you love. From day one, London patiently walked us through everything in clear, simple terms. He never made us feel pressured or talked down to. We’ve worked with contractors before who speak in technical language and expect you to just nod along — that was not the case here. London was transparent, cooperative, and genuinely committed to making sure we understood what was happening and why. He made big promises upfront about quality, cleanliness, and attention to detail — and then exceeded them. He describes himself as a perfectionist, and you can see that reflected throughout his entire team. Every crew member was professional, competent, and respectful of our home. Even though our house temporarily looked like a major construction zone (multiple teams, taped-off areas, lots of wall openings), the work was done efficiently and with incredible organization. They completed everything in just two days, and the house was left clean and well cared for. What stood out most was London’s involvement. Even though his team was already doing strong quality control, he personally checked everything again. He asked questions, double-verified decisions, and made sure nothing was simply “covered up” inside the walls without being correct. When you’re dealing with plumbing hidden behind drywall — something you can’t inspect yourself — trust matters enormously. We felt completely at ease knowing he stood behind the work 100%. The results speak for themselves. We upgraded our water softener and installed a Halo system, and the difference is immediate and noticeable. The water feels cleaner in the shower, tastes better, and even feels better knowing we’re giving it to our cats. It honestly made us realize how much we had been tolerating subpar water for years. This has been one of the best investments we’ve made for both our home and our quality of life. What truly sets London apart is that his care didn’t end when the job was finished. He proactively followed up afterward to check how everything was running, asked if we had any lingering questions, and genuinely wanted feedback. That level of accountability and pride in workmanship is rare. It feels like he cares about our home just as much as we do. We were so impressed that we signed up for the maintenance membership, and we look forward to working with him on any future water or plumbing needs.
