My fridge suddenly malfunctioned and after multiple attempts to reach my landlord, I was referred to Ervand. He arrived at my home within 20 minutes and quickly diagnosed the issue. While ordering the replacement part, he also found a temporary solution to keep the fridge running until the part arrived. He returned the next day as soon as the part was delivered and completed the repair. Ervand was quick, efficient, respectful, and his pricing was fair and reasonable. I’ve already shared his contact with my entire family and will absolutely be using his services again.

When I discovered the food in my refrigerator warmed up overnight, I called Freezer Bros for immediate help. Ervand showed up within 90 minutes (as he indicated on the phone) and got to work. He was able to identify multiple issues preventing cold air from getting from the freezer to the fridge compartment. Within 2.5 hours, everything was working again and I feel this old fridge will last another few years.

I called Yervand this afternoon, he promptly responded and agreed to come in the late afternoon. He showed up as promised, quickly diagnosed the problem, we negotiated a fair price for the repairs and he proceeded to do what was needed. I was impressed with the fact he had the part needed and all other supplies to get the work completed in one trip. Most professional, and on top of that, a very nice guy. I highly recommend him.
