Trey Freeman in Pasadena. Technician Ervand Agababian came out and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. He was able to tell me my compressor was working fine, but there was a blocked freon line. Removed the component that was blocked,, replaced it with new component after cleaning and flushing the system. Refilled the freon and everything is working fabulously! It took about 2 1/2 hours total. Very satisfied. Their work has a 60 day guarantee. This work was performed on a 16 year-old LG refrigerator and it is cold and purring like a kitten. I would recommend this company and this technician to anyone who needs this service. I found them on the BBB website and they have an A rating and are BBB accredited. Thanks to Mike and Ervand!
